How website data are processed

Notice under Articles 12, 13 and 14 GDPR for browsing and enquiries.

Controller and identity

The data controller is RADZKO ANATOL (Anatol Radzko), an Italian sole trader, VAT no. IT13487910013, Italian fiscal code RDZNTL95L05Z139I, Via Cristoforo Colombo 14, 10090 Castiglione Torinese (TO), Italy. Plurivum is a presentation name and not a separate legal entity. Contact: info@plurivum.com.

Data processed

Browsing may involve processing an IP address, date and time, requested resource, user agent, technical identifiers and security logs. The form collects full name, email, optional company, subject, message, language, source page, confirmation that the notice was read and an anti-spam token. No telephone number is requested. Do not include special-category or unnecessary data in the message.

Purposes and legal bases

Form data are processed to answer the enquiry and take requested pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; in other cases processing relies on the legitimate interest in managing relevant communications under Article 6(1)(f). Security and anti-spam rely on legitimate interest; legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). An enquiry does not authorise marketing.

Form confirmation

The required checkbox is not preselected. It records that the person had access to this notice and asks for the data to be processed to handle the enquiry. It is not consent to marketing, profiling or third-party disclosure.

Recipients and providers

Cloudflare provides delivery, Turnstile protection, abuse controls, technical logs and form routing; Aruba hosts the mailbox. Data are not sold or made public.

Transfers and retention

Any transfer outside the European Economic Area must be covered by an adequacy decision or GDPR safeguards. An enquiry that does not lead to a relationship is normally deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful communication. Technical and anti-spam logs follow shorter security periods.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. Email info@plurivum.com to exercise your rights. No DPO has been appointed because mandatory conditions do not currently apply.

Assistive tools and artificial intelligence

OpenAI Codex was used as an assistive tool for selected development, assisted drafting and translation, testing and technical verification. Every published item is subject to human review and RADZKO ANATOL retains editorial control and responsibility. The website does not offer an interactive AI system and data submitted through the form are not sent to OpenAI.

Automated decisions

The website does not use form data for automated decision-making or profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects.
